Experience in implementing digital and hybrid formats was gained through the Science Slam held on 25 January 2023. The event was livestreamed and complemented by an online voting tool. Questions from the on-site audience and the livestream chat were incorporated into the moderated discussion, making the experience more inclusive and interactive. This example demonstrates how digital and hybrid elements can encourage participation and make scientific topics more accessible, both in terms of direct interaction and in terms of reaching target groups beyond the regional level.
